Pursuant to the provisions of the T.U. Privacy Legislative Decree n.196/03 we inform you that the processing of your data (which will take place electronically) has the sole purpose of proceeding with the execution of the contract. For the execution of the contract, we will transmit the data to the company that manages the relationship with the appointed carrier, solely for the purpose of guaranteeing the execution of all phases of the sales and shipping process. The provision of data is mandatory as it is necessary for the purpose of executing the sales contract, they may be used by TFJ to send promotions and offers only for objects from its collection. Under no circumstances will we use the information in our possession for purposes other than those set out above, nor will we communicate it to external companies. TFJ guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code referred to in the Consolidated Law on Privacy Legislative Decree no. 196 of 06.30.03. The data controller is TFJ.
